Agreement to Terms: By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web application hosted at this domain (referred to as "MLBB Draft" or the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

1. Advisory & Educational Nature of the Service

MLBB Draft is an independent analytical tool engineered by Digital Web Studio for educational, analytical, and community entertainment purposes. It computes heuristic drafting recommendations based on publicly available game statistics, role classifications, and mechanical matchup interactions.

⚠️ Explicit Disclaimer of Match Guarantees: All drafting scores, lane recommendations, synergy indices, and counter suggestions are algorithmic estimations. We make NO GUARANTEE of in-game match victories, competitive rank promotions, win rates, or tournament outcomes. Real-time gameplay results depend upon diverse external variables outside computational control, including individual player mechanical execution, team coordination, shot-calling, map awareness, server latency, and official balance patches.

2. Intellectual Property of Digital Web Studio

All proprietary source code, heuristic recommendation algorithms, role-balancing logic, user interface designs, visual styling, scripts, and software architecture powering MLBB Draft are the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Web Studio.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to utilize the tool for individual gameplay drafting analysis.
You may not scrape, crawl, mirror, decompile, extract, reverse engineer, or commercially resell the drafting algorithm or database without express written authorization from Digital Web Studio.

3. Third-Party Intellectual Property & Non-Affiliation

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang™ and all associated hero portraits, character names, ability titles, sound design, and promotional trademarks are the exclusive property of Shanghai Moonton Technology Co., Ltd. (MOONTON Games / ByteDance).

Digital Web Studio is an independent development entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or certified by Moonton Games.
All hero imagery and nomenclature utilized within this tool are referenced strictly under the Fair Use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107) for non-monopolistic analytical, educational, and commentary purposes.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When utilizing the Service, you agree not to:

Employ automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to flood or burden the infrastructure.
Attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with security measures, CDN caching, or content protection mechanisms.
Use the service for fraudulent, disruptive, or unlawful purposes.

5. "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DIGITAL WEB STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IN-GAME STRATEGIES SUGGESTED WILL ACHIEVE ANY SPECIFIC COMPETITIVE OUTCOME.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIGITAL WEB STUDIO, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IN-GAME RANK FLUCTUATIONS, TOURNAMENT RESULTS, OR DATA LOSS.

7. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Digital Web Studio regarding the Service.

8. Informal Dispute Resolution

In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Service, the parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve the issue informally by submitting written notice to digitalwebstudio.yu@gmail.com before pursuing formal administrative or judicial proceedings.
